Terms & conditions

This promotion is open to anyone who is not a licensed real estate agent. Successful referees will get their incentive paid as a Bunnings gift card or in cash, your choice. 

  1. The promotion. This referral incentive (“the Promotion”) is offered by HillCrew Developments (ABN [ABN]) (“HillCrew”, “we”, “us”) in connection with leasing at HillCrew Hub, Clay Street, Ipswich QLD.
  2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to any individual who refers a business to HillCrew as a prospective tenant, including but not limited to existing HillCrew Hub tenants, local business owners and operators, and tradespeople and contractors engaged on the HillCrew Hub site (“Referrer”). The Promotion is not open to licensed real estate agents, or to HillCrew directors, employees, or their immediate family members.
  3. How a referral qualifies. To qualify, the Referrer must be the first point of introduction between HillCrew and the referred business (“Referred Business”). A Referred Business that has already made contact with HillCrew, already has an active lease enquiry, or has previously toured or enquired about a unit at HillCrew Hub, is not eligible to be referred. Where more than one person refers the same Referred Business, the reward will be paid to whoever HillCrew determines, in its reasonable discretion, made first contact.
  4. The reward. A Referrer will receive $3,000 (AUD) once the Referred Business signs a lease at HillCrew Hub and that lease’s first month’s rent has been paid in full and cleared, provided both the lease is signed and the first month’s rent has cleared on or before 23 December 2026. Referrals resulting in a lease signed, or rent cleared, after this date do not qualify for the reward. The reward is paid as either a gift card or cash, at the Referrer’s choice.
  5. Lease requirement. The Referred Business’s lease must be for a minimum term of two years for the referral to qualify. A lease of a shorter term, a lease that is not executed, or a lease that is signed but subsequently terminated before the first month’s rent clears, does not qualify for the reward.
  6. Claiming the reward. To claim, the Referrer must submit their details and the Referred Business’s details to operations@hillcrew.net before the Referred Business signs a lease. HillCrew will confirm receipt of the referral and will contact the Referrer once the reward becomes payable under clause 4.
  7. One reward per successful referral. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a Referrer may make, and a reward is payable for each Referred Business that goes on to sign a qualifying lease before the Promotion closes. Only one reward is payable per Referred Business, regardless of how many people referred them.
  8. Tax. Any tax obligations arising from receipt of the reward are the responsibility of the Referrer. HillCrew recommends Referrers seek their own advice on the tax treatment of the reward.
  9. Promotion period. The Promotion commenced on 24 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23 December 2026. To qualify, the Referred Business’s lease must be signed and its first month’s rent cleared on or before that date. HillCrew may otherwise vary or withdraw the Promotion at any time by notice on this page; changes will not affect a referral already submitted and confirmed before that notice.
  10. Disqualification. HillCrew may disqualify any referral it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or in breach of these terms, including a Referrer referring themselves or a business in which they hold an interest.
  11. Privacy. Personal information collected as part of a referral is collected and handled in accordance with HillCrew’s Privacy Policy, available at [hillcrew.com.au/privacy]. It is used only to administer the Promotion and communicate with the Referrer and Referred Business about it.
  12. Decisions final. HillCrew’s decisions in connection with the Promotion, including eligibility, referral validity, and reward entitlement, are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Governing law. This Promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
